Hourly Pricing

For travel between locations where a flat rate does not exist, Austin Icon Limo will charge the vehicles prevailing hourly rate with a three (3) hour minimum charge. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns to the vehicle’s garage in 15 minutes increments. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next quarter-hour.

Recommended Gratuity 

Our quoted prices are all-inclusive with the exception of tolls and parking. A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, whether a gratuity of any amount is given up to the client.

 

Wait Time Policy

Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments. Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting at the scheduled pick-up Time       Austin Icon Limo is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline. Austin Icon Limo does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 30 minutes

 

 Stop Policy

Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at $30 per Stop Stop times lasting in excess of 15 minutes will result in wait time charges. Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing vehicle hourly rate.

 

Baggage and Other Property Transported

Overland can not assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, or for any property left in the company’s vehicles.  We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.

 Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made by placing a phone Call at 512-221-2012 or [email protected] All the deposits are non-refundable for prom reservation. Cancellations for Sedans and SUV’s must be made at least 12 hours before expected pick up time Otherwise will result of full charges. Limousines and Vans 48 hours of charter time will be billed at 100% However, do not show up when driver gets to your requested pick-up location, we will charge FULL quoted Fare and any fees and surcharges. Each client responsible to notify us of all the Airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flight Delayed flight are billed after flight arrival.

 

Passenger Conduct

Overland reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way.  Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be offered.

 

Smoking Strictly Prohibited

Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited.  Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $300 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.

 

Excess Cleaning & Damage

If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.  Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by the actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.  The minimum clean up fee is $300.  Charges for loss of use or revenue due to the actions of the client or any passenger may also apply.
